Instead of buying a ready-made yogurt parfait at a McDonald's, Community Coffee, Starbuck's, etc...MAKE YOUR OWN!! You can add your own ingredients and have control over what kind of yogurt to use!
This is what I used from what I already had:
- 32 oz Nonfat Plain Chobani Greek Yogurt (high protein)
- Honey
- Cinnamon
- Thawed black cherries
- Blueberries
- 1 small champagne mango
- Kashi Go Lean Crunch
- Bottom layer of Greek yogurt
- Drizzle with honey
- Sprinkle Cinnamon
- Add layer of fruits of your choice, I added: blueberries, black cherries & mangoes
- Add another layer of Greek yogurt
- Drizzle more honey
Final Step
Add Kashi Go Lean Crunch!
