Step-By-Step: Yogurt Parfait Tray...

Just the other day, my husband asked me, "do you have any ideas to give my breakfasts a little more flair"?  For those who know me, my household is big on: nutrition, high-protein and of course deliciously tasty foods!  My husband has a very demanding work schedule and is always looking for something quick & nutritious for his morning fill.  This morning, I was able to quickly whip up a "Yogurt Parfait Tray", take photos and now will be sharing with you.  Now, you can make a large tray of it or a small tray like I did this morning!  Additionally, you can use just as much of any ingredient you would like to fill your tray! 

Instead of buying a ready-made yogurt parfait at a McDonald's, Community Coffee, Starbuck's, etc...MAKE YOUR OWN!!  You can add your own ingredients and have control over what kind of yogurt to use!

This is what I used from what I already had:
  • 32 oz Nonfat Plain Chobani Greek Yogurt (high protein)
  • Honey
  • Cinnamon
  • Thawed black cherries
  • Blueberries
  • 1 small champagne mango
  • Kashi Go Lean Crunch
Here are Step-By-Step Instructions on how to create your Yogurt Parfait Layers:
    First 3 Steps 
    • Bottom layer of Greek yogurt
    • Drizzle with honey
    • Sprinkle Cinnamon

      Next 3 Steps
      • Add layer of fruits of your choice, I added: blueberries, black cherries & mangoes
      • Add another layer of Greek yogurt
      • Drizzle more honey



      Final Step
      Add Kashi Go Lean Crunch!
      Enjoy!!
